Vic

Victor (September 16, 1939 – July 24, 2005) was a friend, government colleague and business associate,  with whom we shared a sense of humor, fondness for classic German cars, interest in computers and much time on the tennis court.   I am revisiting my memories of him, as indirectly triggered by some current circumstances, involving me to include Vic in a chapter of my memoirs project.
