Kim saw a praying mantis through our patio door glass so I quickly grabbed a nearby point’n’shoot and got this:

But I wanted to get closer, so I picked up another camera and came up with these before my hand, eyes, tripod-less body and the clock gave out …

Now I’m pondering how I could integrate these into human portraits (maybe of JF) …
